FRIDAY :  We meet at the airport at 9.00pm for our Air Malta flight departing at 11.20pm and arriving in Lourdes at 01.45am.  From here we depart by private coach to Lourdes and check into our hotel.
 
SATURDAY :  Breakfast and we will having a walking tour of Lourdes where we will first visit the Grotto where Our Lady appeared to Santa Bernardetta. We will then continue visiting other places of interest like the Boly Windmill, where Bernardette was born and where she lived until she was 10yrs old.  We will also visit the Cachot, aroom in an abandoned prison where she lived with her family during the apparitions, and the Parish church where she was baptised.  Lunch at hotel and afterwards we offer you an optional excursion to Gavarnie where we will witness wonderful views.  On our way day, we will make a photo stop on Pont du Napoleon.  In Gavarnie, a village in the mountains with an altitude of 1357m above sea level, we will have a leisurely walk in the village surrounded by beautiful scenery.  One can also take a pony ride (extra).  Dinner at hotel.  

SUNDAY :  Breakfast and at 9.30am we participate in the International Mass at the underground Basilica of St. Pius X.  Afterwards we will have a group photo to memorize this occasion. Lunch at hotel and another wonderful excursion awaits you, this time to Pont d’Espagne which forms part of the National Park of the Pyrenees.  Here we will enjoy more wonderful scenery and beautiful waterfalls.  Dinner at hotel and at 9.30pm we will take part in the procession Aux Flambeaux where the pilgrims, with candles in hand and reciting the Rosary, will walk behind the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes from the Grotto to the square in front of the Basilicas.

MONDAY :  Breakfast and today we will have a full day excursion to St. Jean de Luz – a cosmopolitan city with Spanish influence.  We visit the historic city and pedestrian zone. Afterwards we go to Col d’Ibardin where we can enjoy the views and do some shopping. Dinner at hotel.
 
TUESDAY :  Breakfast and today one will have the opportunity to visit the Baths and participate in the Way of the Cross.  Lunch in hotel and in the afternoon we can visit some more interesting places in Lourdes like Cite’San Pierre or take a ride on the trenino (extra).  Dinner at hotel.
 
WEDNESDAY :  Early breakfast and we depart by private coach to Costa Brava in Spain where we will be spending the rest of our holiday.  On our way, we will make a stop in the Indipendent State of Andorra.  On our arrival in Lloret de Mar, we will check into our hotel and have dinner.
 
THURSDAY :  Breakfast and today we will have an optional full day excursion to Barcelona.  We will see the Catalonia Square, the Ramblas, the Sagrada Famiglia and Mont Juic where one can enjoy panoramic views of Barcelona.  In the afternoon we will have some free time for eating (extra), shopping or visit the famous Aquarium(entrance extra) which is near the monument of Christopher Colombo.  Dinner at hotel. 

FRIDAY :  Breakfast and this morning we will have an optional excursion to Montserrat, which is at a height of 1236m above a valley.  In this excursion we will enjoy spectacular scenery. We will visit the majestic Basilica dedicated to La Morenata – The BlackVirgin – patron of Catalonia.  Back in Lloret de Mar we will have some free time and dinner at hotel.

SATURDAY :  Breakfast an dour last option excursion this morning will take us to Tossa de Mar.  In 1931, this city was declared an artistic and historic monument and we will also enjoy wonderful coastal views.  We return to hotel and at 4.00pm we depart to Barcelona for our Ryanair flight departing at 7.35pm and arriving in Malta at 9.45pm.
